Repairs and returns

Would you like to send a device in for repair, ask for a cost estimate or have a warranty repair carried out? Then please fill out the attached PDF or, similarly, the Word file, print this document and enclose it with the return.

 

Please note that we only repair products that you have purchased through us - either directly or through one of our specialist retail partners. If you are not sure, please contact us beforehand. Based on the serial number or your proof of purchase, we can quickly determine whether it is a device as described above.
